IFS - Anti-corrosion Audits and Diagnostics

Audits and Assessments

Our recommendations regarding corrosion protection for maintenance are always preceded by an assessment of the current condition of the existing assets.
The audit and diagnostic services provided by IFS can focus on a specific piece of equipment, a facility, a process, or the overall management of maintenance activities.
Our findings are documented in detailed reports and incorporated into the overall maintenance plan.

Survey of the Current Situation

All preservation activities require the prior identification of existing defects, their causes, and aggravating factors. Corrosion kinetics, when it is possible to determine them, are an essential factor in decision-making. Once IFS has completed these assessments, corrective recommendations and preventive treatments can be documented in a protocol.

Litterature review on corrosion prevention

Literature Review

Prior to operational processing, IFS analyzes the appropriateness of protocols and ensures that they are applicable. We identify maintenance deficiencies and verify that existing procedures comply with supplier requirements.
